2008 Swearing In Ceremony
Nineteen members of the Clearwater, Hillsborough County and Palm Beach County Bar Associations were admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in Washington DC on May 19, 2008. Chief Justice John Roberts presided and Caroline Black, Hillsborough County Bar President, served as movant. The group in court that day also included previously admitted Judge Clay Roberts, Robert Dickinson and Bill Plowman. Also admitted but not pictured were Gary Dolgin and Dean Kantaras. 1st row--Judge Clayton Roberts, David Adams, Jenay Iurato, Stephanie Bolton, Michele Hintson, Leslie Hogan, Diana Davis Basta. 2nd row -- Mary Viator, Rosemary Guerini, Movant Caroline Black, Bill Plowman, Elizabeth Hapner, Scott Newmark, Marina Choundas, David Wall. 3rd row -- Robert Tribuiani, Steven Sessa, Catherine Eaton, Robert Dickinson, Hamden Baskin III, Joshua White.

New Civil & Probate Filing Fees Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, has posted the new fees, including filing fees for Civil and Probate, on the Pinellas County Clerk's homepage at www.pinellasclerk.org along with an explanatory notice in response to questions from attorneys regarding the rationale for the new fees.
